there are two ways to update the date and time on your Fitbit Sense 2:

Through the Fitbit app

Fitbit Sense 2

1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
2. Tap on the Today tab.
3. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
4. Tap on App Settings.
5. Tap on Clock Display.
6. Under Time Format, select either 12-hour or 24-hour.
7. Under Time Zone, select your current time zone.
8. Tap on Save.

Through your Fitbit Sense 2

1. Press and hold the left button on your Fitbit Sense 2.
2. Scroll down and select Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Clock Display.
4. Under Time Format, select either 12-hour or 24-hour.
5. Under Time Zone, select your current time zone.
6. Tap on Done.
