What is the mileage of Audi A6?

The Audi A6 Matrix is the updated version of the luxury sedan, launched in August 2015. The A6 now, is available in a single version with a diesel engine and all the features that were once part of the option pack.

The most noticeable aspect of this car is that the Matrix headlamps are standard. The technology uses multiple light sources that work coherently with the front camera to provide sufficient illuminations without blinding the oncoming traffic. The signature LED DRLs of the previous model have also been replaced by much straighter and bolder day-time running lamps. The other changes to the exterior include new front grille, revised front and rear bumper, new side skirts and dynamic side indicators.

The changes also extend to the cabin where it gets a new inbuilt infotainment system, MMI touch interface of Audi navigation system, power retractable monitors and an LTE port that offers online services from apps. The car comes equipped with premium 12-way electrically adjustable front seats, a reverse parking camera with night vision and controls to operate the co-driver seat from the rear.

The A6 is now available with a single engine option the 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel producing 190bhp and 400Nm. The Multi-Tronic CVT gearbox of the previous car has been replaced by the dual-clutch S-Tronic transmission that powers the front wheels.

The A6 Matrix is the only car in the segment to come with dynamic damping. The ride height can be increased to drive over bad roads and modes in the drive select control the suspension to offer comfortable or sporty ride.

The A6 matrix competes with the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series and the Jaguar XF in the luxury sedan segment.
