F0E1 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer ​

Clothing in machine for Clean Washer

The F0E1 Error Code indicates that you are trying to run a "Clean Washer" cycle and the washer is detecting there are items still in the washer/dryer.

Remove load and restart the Clean Washer with affresh®cycle.


F0E2 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Excess Suds

The F0E2 Error Code indicates that there are excessive suds detected inside the washer/dryer.

The washer/dryer is running a suds reduction routine in order to reduce the amount of suds. Allow the cycle to continue.

Use only HE (high efficiency) detergent in this washer/dryer.


F0E3 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

The F0E3 error code indicates that the temperatures in the washer/dryer are too hot during the dry cycle. Verify that you are using the right cycle for the fabrics being laundered.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outletfor at least 1 minute and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.


F0E4 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

OverTemp on Wash cycle

An F0E4 Error Code indicates that the wash water temperature is too hot. The washer/dryer may be connectedincorrectly to the home water supply.

The washer/dryer must be connected tocold water. Verifythat the unit is connected to the coldwater supply only.

F0E5 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Off Balance Load

The F0E5 Error code indicates that an off balance load has been detected. This means that the load in the washer/dryer could be too large, or it could be unbalanced.

Avoid tightly packing the washer/dryer. Avoid washing singleitems. Balance a single itemsuch as a rug or jeans with a

few extra items.

Note that an unbalanced load may not reach the intended washer spin speed for the cycle you selected. This could increase dry times.


F1E4 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Main Relay Error

The F1E4 Error Code indicates there may be a problem with the main relay.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.


F3E1 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Water Pressure Issue

The F3E1 Error Code indicates that there may be aproblem with the Water Pressure sensor. Verify that your water supply has the adequate amount of pressure going to the washer/dryer.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute and then plugging it back in. You may need to run a drain only cycle if there is still water in the Washer/Dryer. If unsuccessful, call for service.

Temperature Control issue

The F3E2 Error Code indicates that there may be an issue with the Temperature Control sensor.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute, and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.

A potential cause of this Error Code is a clog in the dispenser.Clean the Load & Go™ bulk detergent dispenser,or add detergent manually until dispenser is cleaned. F4E2 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Possible Solutions

Dryer Heater Failure

The F4E2Error Code indicates that there may be an issue with the dryer heater circuit. The wash function will operate, but the dry function will not operate.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute, and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.


F4E3 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Dryer Fan Failure

The F4E3Error Code indicates that there may be an issue with the dryer blower motor. The wash function will operate, but the dry function will not operate.

Door not Opened between Cycles

The F5E4Error Code indicates that the washer/dryer door has not been opened between cycles. Three consecutive cycles were runwithout the door being opened. Thewasher/dryer will generate an invalidkey beep when START is pressed.

Open and close the door. Check for obstructions around thedoor switch and latch.Verify functionality of door switch by opening and closing the door.

For best results, removing clothing promptly once cycle has completed.

Communication Failure

The F6E1Error Code indicates that there may be a communication failure between the electronics in the washer/dryer.

Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute, and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.


F6E2 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

The F6E2Error Code indicates that there may be a communication failure between the electronics in the washer/dryer.

F8E1 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

No Water Flow Detected

The F8E1Error Code indicates that the washer/dryer is not detecting any water flow going to the washer/dryer. This can be caused by several reasons, including the following:


  • Washer/dryer may not be connectedto the home water supply.
  • Homewater supply valve may not be turnedon.
  • Inlet hose to washer/dryer may bekinked.

Make sure that the washer/dryer is connected to the homecold water supply, and that the home water supply valve is fully open (turned on). Verify that the inlet hose to the washer/dryer is notkinked. If problem persists, call for service.


F8E3 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Internal Water Overflow

The F8E3 Error Code indicates that there may be an internal overflow from the water inlet valve.

Verify thatthe drain hose and drain pump filter are not plugged. See Cleaning and Maintenance section above for more information.

If this does not resolve the issue, call for service.


F9E1 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Drain Issues

The F9E1Error Code indicates that the washer/dryer is not draining in a timely manner, or at all.This could be due to the following:


  • Drain Pump on the Washer/dryer may need to be cleaned. See Cleaning and Maintenance symptom above.
  • The bellows drain holes may be obstructed
  • The drain hose may be obstructed

Clean the drain pump filter and the bellows drain holes(see Cleaning and Maintenance symptom above).

Check the drain hose for obstructions and verify installation. The drain hose cannot be more than 4.5 inches into the stand pipe or laundry sink. It also must be routed at least 24 inches from the floor, and not over 96 inches. See the installation instructions for more details of installing the drain hose.
